4. RIGHT OF ACCESS, DELETION, COMPLAINTS AND QUESTIONS

Next Event will always process your request promptly and inform you, in any event within one month after receipt of the request, of the action taken. If Next Event does not grant your request, it will inform you of the reasons why.

Next Event will immediately, and in any event within one month, deal with the objection and remove the personal data concerned, unless it is unable to do so on account of a statutory obligation.
